Where we are
The community sits just off Route 205 in Colonial Beach, a quiet riverfront town on the Potomac with a municipal pier, a boardwalk, a beach, and marinas. Shopping, restaurants, and daily errands are all close by, and for time outdoors there is Westmoreland State Park and the Caledon Natural Area, along with plenty of local history — George Washington's birthplace and Stratford Hall are both nearby.
Getting around
The location is a real convenience: Dahlgren Naval Base is about twenty minutes away, and Fredericksburg, with its two malls, is roughly forty-five minutes off. Both Washington, D.C., and Richmond are about an hour and a half away, so the community sits within reach of two cities while keeping the quiet of a riverfront town.
